A yearlong search for property in the North Georgia mountains, with the diligent help of our daughter, culminated here.

 

The tranquil secluded valley floor encircled with expansive mountain views combine to create overwhelming serenity. Creeks fully border two sides creating a symphony of flowing water almost everywhere. 

 

Stately trees, once part of the old tree farm, stand surprisingly artfully spaced in fields of neatly trimmed lawn surrounded by verdant, respectably rugged mountains, often partly obscured by that famous “smoke”.
